    This link will be helpful for the river levels for the main French rivers,

    Hover your mouse over the area you're intending to fish, it should come up in blue or green, Clic and the rivers should come up with lots of little boxes on them. Click on the green/blue box and you have the real time river levels.

            Yes, that's the one I am using too.
            On the last screen, you choosed "Les hauteurs d'eau", which means "water height at the measure station".
            I prefer to use the one just below : "les débits", which gives you the water flow, in cubic meters per second.
